Where we ship

We ship to addresses across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

When your order ships

We pack every order by hand and send it out within 3 to 5 working days. Once it ships, most orders reach you in 7 to 10 working days. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, shipping costs ₹250. You will always see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it. We send orders with trusted courier partners.

How we pack

Glass is fragile, so we wrap and pack each piece on its own to keep it safe on the way.

Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives, at no extra cost. Just pick Cash on Delivery at checkout. You can also pay online with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets.

Please only choose cash on delivery if someone will be there to receive and pay for the parcel. Refused parcels cost us the trip both ways, and glass often breaks on the way back.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or no one was there to receive it, we can send it again, but you may need to pay the shipping cost again.
