Our products

Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in size, colour, tiny bubbles or marks in the glass are normal. They are part of handmade glass, not faults. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens. Sizes are listed in centimetres and are approximate.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can also pay cash on delivery at no extra cost.
We may change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you get our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if there was a clear mistake in the price or details shown, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

Using candle holders safely

Never leave a lit candle alone, and keep it away from children, pets, curtains and anything that can catch fire.
Glass can get hot when a candle burns. Let it cool before you touch or move it.
Always place pieces on a flat, steady, heat-safe surface.
Do not use a chipped or cracked piece.

Using our website

Please use our website only for lawful purposes. All photos, text, designs and logos on this website belong to Avaas. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for selling you pieces as described. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
