As our collections are crafted in delicate glass, we take great care in packaging each order securely. However, in the rare instance that something arrives less than perfect, we are here to support you with equal care.
Eligibility Window
We kindly request that any concerns be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery, so we can assist you promptly.
For Damaged or Defective Pieces
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
To help us resolve this smoothly, we request you to record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
Once reviewed, we will be happy to offer:

or - A store credit, if a replacement is not possible

Store Credit
Any store credit issued will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Sale Purchases
Items purchased during special promotions or sale periods are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
