Each piece is individually packed using protective materials, keeping in mind the delicate nature of glass.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

While we work with trusted courier partners, there may occasionally be slight delays due to external factors. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Packaging & Care

Our glass pieces are fragile and are packed with extra care to ensure safe transit. Every order goes through a careful packaging process before it leaves us.

A Small Request

To help us assist you better, we kindly request you to record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

This allows us to support you quickly in the rare event of any transit-related damage.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by our delivery partners. While we closely monitor shipments, AVAAS is not responsible for delays caused due to circumstances beyond our control.
